Geeking Off 131: Overrated *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP*

Jon, Scott and Phil with Pete making a late appearance on this one. We present a happy Boxing Day to you with a few arguments as we take a lot of time to go over our individual lists of (what we individually feel) overrated movies. Many of the picks are obviously wrong. Also, keep in mind that we actually recorded this one well before Christmas and around the same time as Paul Walker's unfortunate death (which explains our talking about Christmas in the future tense and Paul Walker's death as happening "that week").

Geeking Off 128: Jon's Ticket Stubs and 2013 Small Timers

Get your patience upgraded before you listen to Jon talk about every movie he saw in the theater going all the way back to May. Seeing movies for free means A LOT of flicks. Since this recording, Jon has seen Thor: The Dark World, The Counselor, Dallas Buyer's Club, About Time and Hunger Games: Catching Fire (only one of these was no good). Talk to him in person for an opinion about those.

Toward the end of this recording the rest of the crew ups the pretension by laying claim to seeing some of the least seen movies of the year so far (and beating Jon at that game).

Geeking Off 125: Depeche Mode 102

Alrighty, this one's way different than usual.

Scott and Jon were away from the official Geeking Off studio when they went to San Francisco to see a Depeche Mode concert (not nearly as gay as it sounds), but they did have access to the iPhone's voice memo feature during the drive home. This is a report from the field on the Mountain View Depeche Mode concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre.

Don't like Depeche Mode? Listen anyway. We dare you. You will likely love the band after this conversation (or possibly hate them much more).
